Market Bosworth is an historic market town in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside, but only a few miles from Leicester itself. The School is in the centre of the town, forming one side of the thriving market square. The town has a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs with many leisure activities nearby, including a thriving rugby club, cricket and football clubs and a water sports centre only a mile away. The Battle of Bosworth, in 1485, saw the last King of England to die on the battlefield and there is an interesting visitor centre near to the site of the battlefield, which hosts many events during the year.

The closest town is Hinckley, and Market Bosworth is also within easy reach of the larger cities of Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham via the motorway network, as well as Leicester itself. London can be reached in around one hour from Nuneaton railway station.

The Dixie Grammar Junior School is situated at Wellsborough, only a few miles to the west of Market Bosworth.
